Beijing Tongyizhong Specialty Fibre Technology & Development Co., Ltd. originally affiliated to Ministry of National Textile Industry, is a high-tech enterprise working on research, production and sales of UHMWPE fibers and derivatives. Registered in Beijing Economic & Technical Development Zone with capital of RMB 80 million, it’s wholly invested by Sinotex Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (a listed company with the stock code 600061).

Since the 1990s, the company has persisted in taking the enterprise as the main body, and has been integrating with scientific research institutes, universities and other scientific and technological innovative resources, developing the cooperation among enterprises, universities and research institutes and tackling key problems jointly. The company innovatively designed the process technology of UHMWPE dry-wet gel spinning and hot ultradrawing with its own characteristics, developed the corresponding production equipment, and accomplished the integrated engineering complement. The engineering capacity and the environmental status have reached the leading level at home. The project has passed the acceptance evaluation organized by China National Textile And Apparel Council and has won The Second Prize for Textile Scientific and Technological Advance.

Our Futai UHMWPE and Huxing bulletproof non-woven cloth, burster block, stab-resistant material and protective fabric, featured by their military and commercial applications, have passed the test of Ministry of Public Security and relevant departments and comply with national standards, all of which are widely used in fields of defense armament, police, aerospace, ship, warship, offshore petroleum, medical appliance and sport products, etc. Our fibre products have been applied to marine salvage recycling system of Shenzhou Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ, military amphibious tank landing system and military airstrip emergency landing system, which have made great contribution to the construction of China’s defense and public security equipment and earned good economical and social benefits. All products have completely autonomous intellectual properties and obtained lots of invent patents, covering fibre, bulletproof UD and stab-resistant material, etc.
